Had an inspection on my A/C and was very pleased with the service. Technician Andrew arrived at the appointed hour and he was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He did a very thorough inspection and gave me detailed information regarding the condition of the unit. Very good price for the service he provided. No sales pressure, just an honest explanation of the situation and Andrew answered all my questions about future options to replace the unit when needed. I will certainly use GR Metro for all future heating and cooling needs.

Charlie and Adam were fantastic from the moment they arrived (on time!) until the moment they left which was exactly when they estimated they would have the system installed.
