Harlow Roofing replaced the roof on our house. I highly recommend owner Brandon Ensley and his company, Harlow Roofing. First, his presentation to me and his bid were direct, complete, and extremely professional. It wasn’t a sales job, but an education in roofing in general and Harlow Roofing specifically. Second, he was responsive and communicative when I had questions. Third, his crew was amazing. They arrived very early, worked their tails off, and finished in a day. They were friendly, unfailingly pleasant to deal with and did an amazing job cleaning up before they left. Finally, Brandon’s price was extremely reasonable. All told, I would hire him again in a flash to do additional work on my house. Service: Roof installation

It saddens me to have to write this review; however, with the series of events that have happened, it is warranted and others should proceed with caution if you decide to hire Brandon with Harlow Roofing. The initial meeting for the estimate and measurements went great. He assured me "his crew" would do a great job and do it right. No cutting corners. 10 year warranty. I asked if the job would be subcontracted and he said it was all his workers. I got a quote for the whole roof, partial flat roof, along with gutters. Two days later I had a man show up at my house unannounced on a Sunday.. I was not home. He went on my roof to take a look around. I asked Brandon if he sent anyone over, he said no. I was not comfortable with a stranger walking around on my roof, who arrived in an unmarked truck so I had no idea who it was. If he fell off it would have been a very serious issue. Harlow Roofing did a wonderful job on a vent repair. The owner, Brandon, got someone out to our house quickly and communicated every step of the way. His employees were courteous, did great work and cleaned up everything when they were done. The whole experience was easy and work was exceptional.
