Had them come out to re-certify a rental. Told me there was no chimney liner, i challenged that because it was certified before and i had seen it personally. They came back saying the original inspector only judged it be looking at the outside of the chimney. They went back and looked inside realizing there was a liner. Then tried to say a small crack near the top meant it needed to be re-lined. Also not true. After they listed several more “problems” and i also pushed for the city code stating they were needed, they stated it wasn’t needed to certify but would be for new installation so it needed to be done. Lots of red flags here and they tried to roll me for thousands. Walked away, had a 2nd company complete the re-inspection and it magically passed without needed a thing. Untrustworthy, beware. Don’t just take what they say at face value because it’s likely untrue.

These guys are amazing! They typically have appointments available within a couple days if not the day of. They are fast, professional, and effective. I've never had a single issue with any of the work they have done! They are also very reasonably priced and extremely courteous. Highly recommend!
