Multi Serve Restoration & Repair

Tried booking an appointment to measure my sliding glass door for replacement. The phone number given directed me straight to voicemail. Then they texted me a date a month out. I tried calling them a few times, Left a voicemail to see if we could get a sooner date. Finally got a hold of someone in customer service was rude and unwilling to work something out. I'm glad it didn't work out I can't imagine working with uncooperative people. Also the other reviewers confirmed my concerns. If they can't handle an account with home Depot, then they need to pull out. Shame on home Depot for working with such a company.

Worse service ever! Multi Serve installed our patio door in November of 2020, a younger guy removed the old patio door and another guy older installed the new patio door, when he was done and was opening and closing the door there was this clicking sound and the younger guy saids is that suppose to sound like that and the older guy that installed it said YES it will be ok..fast forward that night I'm taking my dog out and it's still clicking the come find out the door is WARPED and he knew it REALLY...to make things worse the brand new door lock would not latch we had to close the door just right in order for it to lock , we are now in August of 2021 and they finally come back to fix the lock and to put the quarter round on and I just notice a clump of glue these people are the worse to the point I'm considering taking them to court!!!

Great Company! Everyone is very personable and treats you like family. If you have a problem or emergency they will be with you start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has an insurance claim/ problem or anyone that needs any other work done. Honest company with good people.
