Connie was very helpful in getting someone out to us same day and Frank was very professional and polite, making quick work of a last minute issue we had.

What did I not like about this business? Poor customer service and appearance of deception were not listed! I would recommend that you look elsewhere for plumbing work from this company. Giving this company a one star rating only because of the performance of the water heater itself - not for the benefit of the company. We were in a tight spot and they took a costly advantage of it. We had a leaky water heater issue that escalated rapidly and we had to turn water off for a few days. They came and told us of different levels of service for which we chose the lowest possible level - with a quote of just shy of $4000 - to replace a water heater!! The work was performed while I was at work (my husband was home). Everything looked all shiny & new. I was a bit alarmed with the final price tag so I called the company and asked if I could have an itemized statement. The manager was quite rude and asked what I was going to do with it. Rip-Off!!!! Penning Plumbing ripped off my elderly parents. For the cheapest kitchen faucet, they charged over $500. Are you kidding? They also ripped us off for having a drain cleaned in the basement. We won’t be calling you guys again!!!
