The sales experience was great The install was a month late from the estimated 6-8 week wait. The install date wasn't set until a day before. The lead installer was rude and rushed my wife and child out of the house half an hour before they were supposed to be there. Then he was pestering us every time he saw us about the check. The windows and installation debri were left uncleaned. Edit: The owners response is biased with details given by the aforementioned rude installer. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but was then accused of being a liar by said owner.

I am posting this review for many reasons. I own my business and what Scott / St Joe Window installed was exactly what ordered. His product line is superb and workmanship 5 stars - my expectations were met and Scott’s clean up of my home was perfect-. Scott and his team were so professional and did their work with such quality. I had 28 windows replaced in my Heritage Hill house and they are simply amazing. He even made them keep the classic look of the home but with all the quality of brand new windows. Highly recommend.
