Ken was super responsive, came out and diagnosed a pretty serious drain problem. He was able to come back the same day and complete a pretty extensive job that required digging in the back yard and removing an old trap and installing a clean out. Not even 24 hours after my drains backed up, Ken had everything working again, better than before. Extremely pleased with my service! Answered on second ring and gave an expected time of 40 minutes but when his last job was completed early, he communicated promptly and was able to arrive within 20 minutes!
