Ken was super responsive, came out and diagnosed a pretty serious drain problem. He was able to come back the same day and complete a pretty extensive job that required digging in the back yard and removing an old trap and installing a clean out. Not even 24 hours after my drains backed up, Ken had everything working again, better than before.
