Good, honest and professional company to deal with! We had a new furance, hotwater heater and a/c installed in July 2022 and when we had a few small issues they were quickly resolved. Lynnette is the Office manager and was very helpful and friendly. Deeter was our initial inspection tech when we called for repairs to our old equipment and came out again for our complientary furnace inspection on new equipment. The crew at Charter Home Comfort has been servicing our boiler for the last 9 years. They also serviced the a/c and furnace for another home that I had renters in. They are always professional and do a fantastic job.
