The tech was very polite and professional. He answered my questions that i asked. He let me know what to do if the thermostat ever get knocked off the wall again. He let me know that i could turn the heat off by the circuit breaker which i didn't know. You have an excellent employee working for your company. Good, honest and professional company to deal with! We had a new furance, hotwater heater and a/c installed in July 2022 and when we had a few small issues they were quickly resolved. Lynnette is the Office manager and was very helpful and friendly. Deeter was our initial inspection tech when we called for repairs to our old equipment and came out again for our complientary furnace inspection on new equipment.
