The owner was awesome! He did everything he could to save me money and took the time to explain everything.
Bill is extremely customer service oriented and would highly recommend him after his help with my humidifier on my furnace.
Bill returned my phone call within 2 minutes at 6:30 a.m. We talked for a bit about the problem and he thought the problem with my furnace might be a bad circuit board. He picked the board up from his supplier and was at my home by 8:15 a.m. Bill took the time to explain what he was doing and to educate me about the way my furnace works, and invited me to watch while he worked, and continued explaining what he was doing. As it turned out, the problem was a limit switch, about $150 cheaper than the circuit board. Bill certainly had the opportunity to con me for some extra bucks, but he treated me honestly. I will, of course, give him all of my future business and highly recommend him to anybody. When we replace our old system next year, he will get the job.
