Jason was very thorough in finding where the short wasand gave me a solution until I can get the funds to make the repair as it was costly and I'm on a fixed-income. He also pointed out other repairs that I need to have done. I will definitely be calling them to complete the work. They tried very hard to get someone out as soon as possible as this affected my refrigerator and all the groceries I just bought!
