Installation was great, and the sales guy was not pushy at all unlike many other companies. Cleanup crew could have done better but I completely understand it is impossible to get every spec of debris. I ended up doing quite a bit of nail removing in my yard with a magnet. The real issue I had came down to communicate and coordination. The crew and office staff were frequently out of sync and would tell me different time lines. Getting someone out to replace an small patch that was damaged during installation was a major hassle and I had to follow up often. Service: Roof installation

The most amazing Company in Lansing. Corey came out to check out a roof a family I am helping that had an issue. The customer service and grace these men carry speaks volumes of the kind of boss and company they work for. They did their job with diligence and helped bring this family peace knowing rainy nights won't affect them. I encourage everyone to use this outstanding company knowing you're in safe and trustworthy hands.

We had a roof leak and that required swift fix. Precision agreed to fix the repair within two weeks of signing the contract. First individual came out 3-4 weeks after the agreement was signed, for the repair. They left terrible work and damaged our siding in the process. We called to express our dissatifaction with the service and asked them to come make it right. Took them another 4 weeks to send someone out to correct their issue. I had to explain the issue to him, he had to take pictures, and call his supervisor several times. It required him having to leave and come back with more supplies as they did not send him with what he needed. They sent a photograph to my husband stating the issue has been fixed, I was staring at the roof with the damage as he was on the phone with the supervisor. Would not recommend this company. They do not stand by their work. Our siding is still damaged, and after multiple conversations they have no intention of correcting their mistakes. Services: Roof
