Shopped around for a few quotes for a new furnace and water heater. The amounts for a few different companies were very close in range to each other. Even though Vredevoogd was not the cheapest of the quotes, They provided the most exceptional customer service, response time and accommodations. Lee is absolutely personable and friendly. He answered every single question I had when comparing the different quotes and what type of model was best for us. I am very happy I went with them to complete installation! Trent his partner were very thorough and quick. They completed complete demolition, removal, install and instructions of a brand new furnace, water heater, electrical components and pipes within 4 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Overall exceptional experience with troubleshooting and repairing my air conditioning unit. I had an appointment scheduled within a few hours of my phone call. The repair was efficient and reasonably priced and JP was extremely professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. I also signed up for their annual tuneup service for both my heater and air conditioning units (this then saved me on the AC repair cost). In the future, I will definitely use them and will also use them if I have any plumbing needs as well. Extremely pleased, we just moved to the Lake Lansing area and this will be our go to company! Overall, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced! So pleased!
Wow! We needed help with our AC and this company was amazing from start to finish! Scheduling was quick and easy! Ryan was so polite and thorough explaining what he needed to do to discover our needed repair! Highly recommended!!
