I had to go through this company because of my home warranty and by far this has been the worst experience to date. I have been in contact with them for over a month for a drain back up that they have failed to fix 3 times now. The workers don’t seem very knowledgeable about the issue and definitely seems like they don’t want to be doing their job, the scheduling is a joke and management doesn’t even attempt to hear out your issues, I really wish they would fix my problem or tell my home warranty company that they are unable to handle my problem so they can send out someone better. I’m sure that people may have had decent experiences with definitely not me Service: Drain cleaning

Unfortunately the experience so far has not been positive. Tech came out, diagnosed our AC problem, we have received zero communication from them after calls and text messages have been made on our end with no return communication. Still waiting four weeks later…now we are worried our unit will not be fixed properly.

my home warranty uses Whitney. I needed a repair to my AC unit. I read the reviews before they came and I was worried, but they sent Thad, an independent contractor, and he was great. Arrived on time, knew exactly what was wrong when I explained what had happened. He was quick, clean, courteous and took time to explain things to us. He was great, so I have to give them 5 stars.
