I had a great experience last year when I had them out to clean and inspect my boiler, so I don’t understand what happened this year. I had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday (scheduled in advance a few weeks ago) for the annual boiler cleaning and inspection and was told someone would be here before noon. I was home all day and no one ever showed up. I called and texted shortly after noon to follow up and see if there was an update on the time but no one ever responded. I realize mistakes happen, so I called again on Monday morning to follow up. I spoke with someone who said they would check with the technician and call me back. Again, there has been no response. Please don’t tell me you’ll call if you don’t intend to follow through, and if you aren’t able to keep the appointment or are not interested in the job, at least have the courtesy to let me know. We had a great experience with James and his team. They installed a boiler in a very tight spot in our home. We had other contractors out before we called Winslow and they did not identify the problem and just provided bandaid service. James was friendly, professional, and showed dedication to the job. I will never take my warm house for granted!
