Perfect Plumbing Sewer & Drain

Perfect plumbing was sent to my home by first american home warranty to fix a sump pump that backed up into my basement. The tech told me that he called first american and they wanted him to use a pump that he referred to twice as "very poopy". He stated that if I wanted one comparable to what I had it would be $325 extra. In a panic while water was still being removed from my basement i agreed. I found out later that he never even contacted first american about the pump even though the contract states they'll replace it with comparable equipment. Perfect plumbing continues to tell first am that it was a customer requested upgrade so they won't help me either. So I guess what I've learned is if you want to be lied to and taken advantage of when you're already dealing with a disaster in your home then call perfect plumbing!!!

Beware! I called this plumber recommended by my home warranty company to repair my sump pump. I told them what kind of equipment I had installed in my basement when scheduling the appointment style, brand, and model. The plumber came looked at my sump pump and in one minute said "WE DON"T FIX THAT MODEL AND STYLE OF PUMP" WHAT THE F>>> Then they charged me anyway <$75.00> my credit card company reversed the charge and again this plumber charged me again (UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE) they charged my card again 2 months later. They say "free service calls"? So why did they come out or even charge me for a PUMP THEY CAN"T SERVICE? Something is very wrong with this company.

I have used Perfect Plumbing a few times now. (Chris and Matt) They are by far the best in communication, rate and in the services they provide.
