I called Air Clinic Heating and Cooling on Monday of last week regarding a supply duct that needed to be connected to my furnace. I liked the fact that Artur answered the call right away and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Artur discovered an issue with one of the furnace components and provided me with some options for getting that issue taken care of. He was able to schedule an appointment for me last week (the same week when I called) and I'm pleased with the HVAC repair and the duct installation to the furnace. The job looks very professional and he also took the initiative to make some minor improvements to the setup that I hadn't requested. I thought his pricing was reasonable, and that includes the diagnostic fee for the initial visit. They came out the same day that I called for help! My furnace was blowing cold air and it’s in the upper 30’s so I was trying to get help ASAP. In less than 10 minutes my heat was working perfectly and it was a great price too! Highly recommend!
My furnace went out overnight, and I was told that I would have to wait at least 4 days by a few other companies. Artur however was able to obtain the part needed and get my heat back up and running within 2 hours of me reaching out. He was very quick, kind, and highly professional.
