They installed a new boiler 2 and a half years ago and did a great job. Very happy. Now I have a zone valve go bad and they play the game of ohh I don't have a zone valve in my truck. I'll have to come back. They come back and charge me $328 to replace a $70 zone valve. A Boiler repair man doesn't keep a basic zone valve on his truck? So much for being a loyal customer. My wife called this place because we needed to replace our furnace and a/c unit. When my wife called the guy who answered complained about how much the phone call was costing him. We wanted someone to come to our house and give us an estimate on our furnace and the guy again complained about how much it would cost him to send someone out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
