Great company. Steven Little was excellent, prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He paid attention to the fine details which was greatly appreciated. Services: Water heater installation, Water heater repair
apt. for 12 to 3 pm. never showed. i had to call. running late. figures- called again 5 30ish. a van had car trouble. excuse number 2. called again there sending someone else. i said dont bother. no communcation. to many excuses. DONT USE.
Dave has been prompt to answer my calls or has quickly returned my calls. My project is on hold for now however I will use Frost and Kretsch when the time comes. Very knowledgeable and professional.
