Ghosted me for 3 months after he was paid 3/4 of the overall bill. Never kept appointments and never communicated when he wasn't going to be able to keep them. Left my yard littered with nails and rusty tools. Aggressed me on my property. Sent 4 final bills, all marked 'late notice', and had someone call me twice about final payment all within 24 hours of the job finally being completed. This experience would be comical if he weren't borderline scary. I wish I'd read the negative reviews; there are others going through exactly what Shane has put me through, and worse. I'm willing to share text threads and pictures with anyone interested or considering hiring ShaneCo.

Shane was great to deal with and provided a good experience during my new gutter installation! He works extremely hard and delivered on all of his promises. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family and will use him again in the future.

I would have to give this company a five star. I was kind of nervous at first since I had no idea who to go to since I was a first time home owner but a friend referred me to Shaneco Exteriors. Let's just say I will call them in the future for my next service! Shane was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Also, the price was affordable. THANKS again for the good experience!
