Initial contact was good. Office manager said she would get back to me and hasn't. Tried calling a few times this week and it goes to voicemail so I'm guessing they didn't want to do the work as quoted. Not how a company should do business.

Thanks for ruining everything don’t ever use this company they rip you off on every level. Should have done the work myself. The guys literally were using our house as an excuse to not go to another job. The work they did was not done the way we asked. Got charged for them to be on their phone. If I could give negative stars I would!!!! Make sure to read what he responds to my post. The wonderful letter I received today is why I am updating this. How would you feel if you have a light that never turns off. To tell your kid you can’t use the microwave, no light over the kitchen sink, 2 outlets that don’t work. For almost 4 months. Then you receive a bill 2 days before it’s due, and over a month after work was done, that you get charged 3900 for things that don’t work. The second person that came out found more issues then I did and fixed them, loose wires in the panel my furnace had been taken off a independent circuit and added to another one. The excuse of why was a wow. Imagine that

Top notch company! They were prompt professional, listened to us crazily describe what was going on and figured out our issue, ordered parts and were here the next morning when we opened getting us taken care of! Its refreshing to see another small business going the extra mile. Thank you C & S!
