Excellent service. Prompt to arrive and knew the problem and had it fixed within minutes. Definitely will recommend to all our friends. Nice to know there are still honest repairmen out there.
Family owned business. Very straight forward on pricing. Personable and was on time. They were very helpful in getting us scheduled asap for an AC tuneup. Luckily we had Butler come check out our AC and a part that was ready to go out was replaced before it went out in the middle of summertime. We would highly recommend this company. I woke up to a cold house and talking through it with a family member he said "Your gonna have to call a Heating/Cooling company because I just don't know." I started calculating how much I could afford if it wasn't fixable and stressing. I went to High School with Dean and his wife so I thought of them right away. Dean fit me into his busy day after having me try a couple things, replaced a switch and didn't charge me. He said it was a simple quick fix and to give him a good review so here it is!!!
