Used John as our plumber for some 10 years now. I can always count on him to respond to calls, show up on time, do exemplary work, and provide a competitive price. I refer him to everyone I know who needs a plumber.
An hour before they were supposed to come out to do the job, I got a text saying they couldn't do it until they had a credit card on file. I called to give them the information, didn't get an answer, and then got a text that they would have to pass. I don't really understand why.
