Nick is a great technician! He arrived early, was very personable and knowledgeable, and did an awesome job repairing the leaks in my garage and re-plumbing our claw foot bathtub. I also wanted to give a shout out and to thank Tim and Duncan who made an emergency visit on a Saturday to shut off the water to a burst pipe in the ceiling so we could expose the rest of the plumbing for Motor City to return and repair the pipes. We got a noticed from the city that we had some roots growing in one area so I called and set an appointment with motor city. Jack, Tim and Matt all came to the house to do a camera inspection and we had to hydrojett the roots out but they told me everything else looked very good. Tim explained everything to me from what the camera was showing. Jack and Matt were very helpful also and they educated me on things I never even knew! They were so professional and easy to talk to. I will be reaching out and requesting them for the liner to get done in the future! Thank you so much for calming my nerves when I thought it was going to be worse than what it was!
