Motor City Plumbing and Drain

Scotty Rose is my plumbing hero. The whole crew at Motor City made an unpleasant and expensive problem so much easier to handle. They were great to work with on the office side (Amy + Jamie = awesome) scheduling was easy and quick. They investigated and diagnosed the problem very efficiently and Scotty was incredibly helpful and patient in helping this new homeowner understand the nature of it, how to fix it, and what to do in future to maintain and avoid. We went with them to do the high power jetting to solve and that went very well. While I hope to never have to call a plumber, it will be Motor City when I have to. First of all, scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The Receptionist (Amy) was very accommodating and understanding. Esteban is personable and professional. He’s respectful, kind and polite. He quickly assessed the situation, informed me of what the problem was with my sink and gained my approval before making repairs; while keeping me informed throughout the entire process.
