These guys responded to my call and were out the next day. Randy used 3 different size cutters to clear the tree roots from my sewer line. Also ran a camera down to the street to find any damage to my old line. He explained everything and gave me his professional opinion. Very likable guy. I'll use these guys again, for sure.
I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with this company. The plumber was professional, friendly, seemingly honest. As a woman, this is not my field of expertise. I expected the runaround and astronomical cost that I did not need as it turns out the plumber kept things real & uncomplicated. The plumber did not take it vantage of my lack of knowledge. I thought the company was trustworthy, which is very important to me, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would definitely use them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
