I am extreamly happy with the service I have recieved both times I had to use Mainline. The first time I had a backup and they immediately sent out David Smith. He was extremely professional and considerate. He got the problems fixed in a timely manner. The second time my water heater broke. I gave them a call and asked if Dave could come out again, and he was there the same day. He he was able to get a new water heater and install it for a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with the service I have recieved from Mainline Plumbing. I highly recommended them and tell all my family and friends that if they have any plumbing issues to call Mainline. A 5-STAR shout out to Jake from MAINLINE PLUMBING. I had em out before to replace sump check valve. Called them yesterday morning re: separate sump issue (not emergency) & Jake was here today just after 12:00pm. Great turnaround time!! He saw the problem immediately and replaced pvc to the motor with correctly placed vent hole (old one was too low). He also fixed old issue with hot side of my utility sink. GREAT service, GREAT price & in and out in less than an hour!! Many of us here at Moravian Woods Condo Assoc has had them do work! Great company!! Thanks, Mainline!! Service: Sump pump repair
After waiting nearly two hours longer than we were told somebody finally showed up. He was incredibly rude and didn't say anything more than "you need a plumber" and "I flooded it again but I think I got it" as he was leaving. He didn't clean up any of his mess and even caused damage to our decor. Will definitely not be using this company again. Save your time and money call someone else.
