I called Mainline plumbing because my basement drain was backing up. I seen their trucks around the neighborhood. David came over and was quick to diagnose the problem. The sewer pipe was rotted under my basement floor. He gave me a reasonable estimate and a temporary fix so we could shower that night. Mainline's crew showed up the next morning and they had it done in a day. They were very professional and they even mopped up when they finished. A 5-STAR shout out to Jake from MAINLINE PLUMBING. I had em out before to replace sump check valve. Called them yesterday morning re: separate sump issue (not emergency) & Jake was here today just after 12:00pm. Great turnaround time!! He saw the problem immediately and replaced pvc to the motor with correctly placed vent hole (old one was too low). He also fixed old issue with hot side of my utility sink. GREAT service, GREAT price & in and out in less than an hour!! Many of us here at Moravian Woods Condo Assoc has had them do work! Great company!! Thanks, Mainline!! Service: Sump pump repair
We have used Mainline a few times. In 2022, we had a huge basement leak. The estimator came out and diagnosed a blockage in our pipes in the basement floor. And Dave (who was excellent) did some work on the sub pump (because he thought that was the problem, it wasn’t). Mainline also dug up two large areas of our basement and charged us a lot of money to do it. After they left, flood reoccurred. We had Mainline come back to the house. This time they sent a young man who had no history of the work that was done. He said we needed to dig up more basement. We asked for another plumber (from Mainline) to come out to see what he thought. They sent another plumber out, again with no history of the job or what he was called out to see. He also said we needed to dig up more basement. My husband and I were not satisfied with that answer so we started trying some things. We found that the problem was coming from a broken spigot leaking in from a window. Mainline came out and fixed the spigot at n
