Called and got a plumber at my house within 2 hours to fix a clogged sink. The plumber (Randy) provided excellent service. He was professional, courteous, and both explained what the problems were and answered the questions I had in an easy to explain way.

Pretty dissapointed with my service. I had called to explain that I needed my sink prepped for my dishwasher installation and needed the disposal, the woman I spoke with was friendly and got me a next day appointment. Everything was "done" but when my dishwasher came the following day they told me that the plumber had not done a critical part on prepping my sink. I needed a shut off valve. I called and explained what the dishwasher installation crew told me and she told me she wanted to charge me another $89.00 just to put the valve on, even though just the previous day I had given them $225.00 to prep my sink and add the disposal. I am still pretty upset about my experience, and I now have a $600.00 dishwasher sitting in my garage and only 1 week to get it installed before I am out $100.00 from Home Depot. There was no wiggle room, and she did not seem to care that I had just given her company $225.00. The prices (what I originally was happy with) are exceptionally high. I am hopin

This company came out to jet my sewer lines, which we then had scoped. The video shows that the sewer lines weren’t jetted past 50 feet even though the company claims that they did the entire job. Their phone receptionist told us that the owner would call us back but has been avoiding us trying to get this issue resolved. My agent spoke with the owner and she tried lying and saying 50 feet is all I owned. They were supposed to come back out Monday to scope and redo the jetting and they call and say the camera is broken and we never had a jetting set up. I’ve been trying to get my money back since they didn’t complete the job and now the owner refuses to call back or come back and do it again. Don’t ever use this company they are horrible and owner does not care.
