Dennis came after about 4 other roofers told me they couldn't help. Dennis came the first day and ran a hose up on the roof to see exactly where the leak was. It was tricky in my old building as it had a hole in the roof for the apartments to get sunlight. Dennis went above and beyond. After troubleshooting my issue he offered two solutions and I chose a plexiglass roof so the tenants would still get light! It was so amazing...no really, NOBODY ELSE thought of that!!! They had the work done just a week later. AND NO.MESS! He took really good care of me when nobody else would and I am so grateful.
