Let me lead off with this. This review is not a reflection on Ben McQuade he did a good job and made excellent suggestions and the reason my rating is 2 stars. Overall, I was unhappy with the scheduling, extra fees, and additional visits. I booked a maintenance appointment for a tankless water heater, throwing an error indicating it needed a pro level cleaning/maintenance. Ben was sent but for some reason was not equipped to perform the work I specifically requested. He offered to do a cursory cleaning for $89 plus service call ($170+) then he would return to complete the cleaning. I asked if the $89 cleaning would be credited on the full cleaning it would not. Unfortunately, I needed a heater that would run more than 6 minutes at a time, I did the "pre-cleaning" and decreased the water temp as Ben suggested. This company has earned every ounce of my business and recommendations from this point on. From my initial meeting with Steve their comfort consultant into scheduling with Scott via a phone call I was excited to see the quality work after being amazed by the level of professionalism up to that point. Matt and Dave showed up on time and got to work and let me tell you now, these 2 gentleman are artists with hvac equipment. From the custom bending they did for the new lines for the condensing unit outdoors to the sheet metal/ duct work inside I'm beyond satisfied with this company. Nothing but knowledgeable, friendly staff who's smiles reflect this company values to take care of there customers. Thank you for taking care of my families needs and I pray you continue to succeed.
