Fast response, very personable, and knowledgeable! I spoke with Eric in the morning regarding non-functioning central air. He said someone would be there late morning/early afternoon. Ron got here in the timeframe I was told. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. He explained and showed me what the problem was, how the component worked and its purpose, and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. I will definitely call Simpson’s for any future furnace/ac or water heater issues. Thank you for high quality service at an affordable price!!
Eric attempted to fix an old Lennox Pulse under a home warranty of ours within our first year in the house. Although he couldn't fix the Pulse, I doubted anyone could, he was able to then get the insurer to approve a new unit. He installed the new furnace very quickly (within 3 hours). The work seems very well done.
Eric is very professional and took the time to explain/justify the various options presented to me. Once I came to a decision as to which equipment I wanted I was scheduled the following week for installation. Installation was top notch. Cleaned up very well after their work was completed, inside and out. I am very pleased with the equipment I chose and with Simpson's Heating and Cooling and will be calling them for any maintenance I need down the road.
