Kallas Heating & Cooling

Needed my air conditioning looked at before running it this season and they were able to get me in ASAP! Not only did they have great customer service, but he also was able to talk me through a few different settings on my thermostat. I wasn’t able to work. He took the time to make sure I was able to work it as well as made sure it processed correctly. I also was unaware of wires that were damaged and they were in ahead and fix those as well! This happened in the winter but I thought I should share my experience. Our carbon monoxide detector went off and we had no idea what to do. I called Kallas because they were local and they advised us on what to do and had someone to our house within 2 hours. The tech fully tested and inspected our furnace and determined it was not the cause. I don't know if this is industry standard, but they showed concern for our safety and didn't charge us at all. I will definitely be calling them next time we need heating and cooling service.

I was told by another company that my furnace was shot and I needed to buy a new one. A friend said to get a second opinion from Kallas. I'm glad I did. They fixed my furnace for aroung $200! They saved me a great deal of money.
