Needed my air conditioning looked at before running it this season and they were able to get me in ASAP! Not only did they have great customer service, but he also was able to talk me through a few different settings on my thermostat. I wasn’t able to work. He took the time to make sure I was able to work it as well as made sure it processed correctly. I also was unaware of wires that were damaged and they were in ahead and fix those as well! Rob was awesome- I just want to say thank you soooo much for taking care of us. He came out the same day after our CO alarm was going off and he was very knowledgeable. He filled us in on everything that was happening with our system and what the plan was forward. Customer service on point and good pricing on services. He showed us exactly where cracks were in our system with no issue at all and quickly drew up a reasonable quote for a new furnace to be installed the next day. I was told by another company that my furnace was shot and I needed to buy a new one. A friend said to get a second opinion from Kallas. I'm glad I did. They fixed my furnace for aroung $200! They saved me a great deal of money.
