I had issues with my furnace but it was rather old and just needed to be replaced. Affordable was able to come back out the next day and completed the install for what seemed like a reasonable price. Edit: Three years after install, they came back out to provide consultation on an issue I was having with my humidifier for no charge. Service: Heating system repair

Great experience! Consultation on the phone prior to the appointment was clear, to the point, and honest. He kept me updated via text about his timeline prior to arriving to appointment. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I was informed about equipment and hardware. He was up front about hardware upgrades needed to stay up to code as well as additional pricing and asked for approval prior to install. Overall, very pleased and will call again if we have plumbing, heating, or AC needs.

I contacted Affordable at 6:00 on a Friday. My parents hot water tank had gone out. Mike was very pleasant and professional from the beginning. He was able to be there at 9:30 Saturday morning. He did a great job of installing and the price was great as well!
