Used them to install two brand new furnaces and AC units one year ago. Have a leak in my upstairs unit with elderly people living there. Because I had a diagnostic done with another company, (because they do not respond in a timely manner), They will not honor my warranty on a $10,000 job. The reason there is a leak is because they attached the line to the roof and when my roof was repaired a nail sliced the line that should’ve never been placed there. The ceiling vents they installed are now falling out of the ceiling as well. I was informed to stop contacting them personally as they are my neighbors and never had any problem contacting them personally when I needed $10,000 worth of work done. And also took them 30 days to tell me that now the warranty will not be covered. 30 days of wasting my time! Cannot believe that they treat their neighbors this way. If there was zero star I would’ve hit that button. Looks like I will never use this company again and certainly would not recommen
