Great service and pricing. Showed up right on schedule and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend that you use Big Beaver Plumbing.
I used Big Beaver Plumbing & Heating for backflow testing on my sprinkler system that is mandated by the city every three years. They provided a very fair quote for the testing and arrived on time to what was promised. Despite my system needing minor repair, (cleaning out an old earwig nest and installing a bug screen) they did not increase the agreed upon price and filed both the failed test and the passed test (after repair) with the city. I feel like other companies would have used the need for minor service as an opportunity to change more (even though the repair took less than 10 mins per the report provided). Fantastic service! Will absolutely use this company again in the future.
With just a phone call all was well. You don’t find that kind of service anywhere any more. Fantastic!
