At that time the person you sent whose name I do not remember. He was very helpful. Today one of your technicians came to help us with our faucet his is name Wesley Green. First and foremost he was very respectful. He worked very quickly and professionally, our house is old and only has wall mount it is very hard to find wall mounts. The faucet we found at a local hardware store. He worked very hard to figure out how to get it to balance in place, but, finally he got it and now I have a working faucet. I reached out to Hoover on Wednesday regarding an outlet that was not working in my rental property. They were able to get me in right away and worked with my schedule. Dalton came to the property, polite as could be and was able to find a solution within an hour. Being a landlord is difficult in knowing who to trust on a tenant’s behalf but Dalton’s passion for not only his job but Hoover made this an easy decision.
