Hoover Electric Plumbing Heating Cooling

I reached out to Hoover on Wednesday regarding an outlet that was not working in my rental property. They were able to get me in right away and worked with my schedule. Dalton came to the property, polite as could be and was able to find a solution within an hour. Being a landlord is difficult in knowing who to trust on a tenant’s behalf but Dalton’s passion for not only his job but Hoover made this an easy decision. My power went out in three of my rooms and they were able to get someone out the same day. Dalton did a fantastic job figuring out we had water leaking going into an outside plug, it wasn't water proofed by whoever. He fixed our problem and replaced our old plugs inside the house. I didn't actually use your services, but Kevin was very punctual, considerate, and HONEST! I had intended to use sterling heights smart energy program (the only reason I was searching for service/upgraded appliances). Kevin was very upfront and showed me an email stating the funding had run out. His integrity is unmatched. It will definitely steer me towards Hoover when I do need service!
