Mills Siding and Roofing

I was happy with the experience I had with Mills Siding and Roofing. Andrew Sheffield checked out my roof within a day of calling him and confirmed that I had storm damage. From there, the process was reletively easy as Andrew walked me through what needed to be done. My insurance company came out and confirmed the damage and a few weeks later, I had a new roof. The guys that came out and did the work were able to get 95% of the work done in one day! They came back the next day and finished the job and cleaned up everything as it was before they came. We had our roof replaced this year due to hail damage last fall. My son-in-law originally gave me the company's name because a several people in his subdivision used Mills Siding and Roofing. I worked with Austin O'Donnell, who was our rep. He was an excellent communicator, described the steps of the process thoroughly, and what we needed to do for our insurance company. I always ask lots of questions and he was quick to get back to me and his answers were always thorough. He is personable and professional and let me know ahead of time when supplies were to be delivered. Mills did an excellent job on the roof and did a great clean-up. We contacted Nathan & within a couple of days he was on the roof inspecting it for hail damage. His communication was stellar & he did an excellent job walking us through the process of replacing the roof with our home owners insurance. On top of all of that, the quality of work is phenomenal!
