Andrew Sheffield and team at Mills did a phenomenal job on our roof replacement and also coordinating sub contractor for new gutter installation. From dumpster delivery to product delivery - to the team that removed and replaced our roof and pick up of the dumpster a day later.. Kudos! A job very well done to say the least. Bonus points for the exquisite care of our landscape during the process too. Post installation clean up of our property was beyond expectations. Coordination with insurance was also a piece of cake. Mike Ostrowski at Mills visited with me at my home to complete a preliminary roof condition assessment. There were signs of hail damage on the shingles and roof vents. After our meeting I set up for a roof hail damage inspection through our insurance agent. As Mike had expected, our whole roof was identified as being hail damaged. Fortunately, our insurance policy covered a significant part of the replacement cost. Mills did an excellent job, starting and completing on the date that it was scheduled, cleaned up to my satisfaction followed up by a roof walk final inspection with a Mills supervisor to assure that I was satisfied with the job.
