My technician, Ivan, was very friendly, courteous and on time. He worked to trouble shoot first the thermostat and blower motor and found that the capacitor was bad and replaced an arching coil in the outdoor A/C unit. Ivan did a great job cleaning the outdoor unit both inside the electrical panel and thoroughly rinsing off the condenser fins after the repair was completed.
