Armstrong Plumbing & Sewer Service

We had an appt scheduled for today, I called Anne to see if Armstrong were still coming out she said no due to warren flooding and I asked why weren’t we notified? Anne tells me theres flooding all over Warren. Hence, I said “why weren’t we notified”. Then says do you want us to cancel your upcoming appt on Monday? Yes cancel it quickly if your gonna have that attitude, She has no professionalism and neither was the lady in the background yelling. Please hire some people that actually knows how to answer a question and work well under pressure. This place is extremely inconsiderate. Anne! You and your company won’t be getting my money.

Ann was awesome, after numerous attempts at getting me someone out here to help with my drain issues, she pulled through on Easter weekend. The plumber on call was not answering his phone, she called Matt, who was off that weekend. Matt came to my rescue! Thank you Matt. It ended up to be more then just a clean out, and he didn't even mind. What a stand up guy! So, thanks again Ann and Matt! I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.

My father is a senior citizen his basement backed up at 11 pm the gal that answered Anna was very sweet had someone dispatched right away calmed me down called me back to let me know what was going on with the job because I live out of state she went above and beyond I will always use them from now on thank you Anna
