We had an appt scheduled for today, I called Anne to see if Armstrong were still coming out she said no due to warren flooding and I asked why weren’t we notified? Anne tells me theres flooding all over Warren. Hence, I said “why weren’t we notified”. Then says do you want us to cancel your upcoming appt on Monday? Yes cancel it quickly if your gonna have that attitude, She has no professionalism and neither was the lady in the background yelling. Please hire some people that actually knows how to answer a question and work well under pressure. This place is extremely inconsiderate. Anne! You and your company won’t be getting my money.
They ruined my parking lot when they were removing broken concrete up. I was told they would take care of it. its been over a year now. still nothing. the owner will not reach out to me. the employees just go back and forth constantly. its just been a mess. Not happy at all.
