Issues with pipes vibrating and shower drain backup. Showed up, fumbled around, did not fix anything and charged me $385!! FOR NOTHING! STILL HAVE SAME ISSUE. Anthony, your type give good plumbers bad names. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! Service: Drain cleaning
Empire came out to fix leaks in our outdoor lines and also the water heater. Not only did they do a great job but they COULD NOT have had kinder, nicer people. It's one thing to get the job done properly, it's another to do it with a smile on your face, being thoughtful towards the customer. More importantly, if the job isn't done right these guys are out the next day to fix it immediately. Cannot recommend them more and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs!
Anthony and his crew were great. Very professional co. I will definitely be calling them with any future plumbing projects. Didn’t know there was still honest and honorable companies out there anymore but , these guys are. Call them if you have any plumbing issues, you won’t be disappointed. That’s Empire. ????????
