L&S Home Improvements replaced the roof on my home. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood my investment, the process and answered my questions. They are very responsive and communicate well through every step of the process, I was never left wondering where I was on my project timeline. Installation was a efficient with excellent craftsmanship. The installation team paid careful attention to soft spots on the roof and repaired an existing whole in the shingles and sheathing. It is rare to find a company that really cares about their customers. I recently had my 25+ year old roof fully replaced by L&S and am very happy with the results! L&S offered great experience from the start -> finish. Jacob dived deep to explain every minute details regarding the roof materials and the pre-installation, installation, and post-installation processes. After talking with Jacob, it was clear the company sets a high bar for customer satisfaction and quality job. The installation was scheduled and performed on time (2-3 weeks after signing the contract as promised). The installation crew did a fantastic job. The installation was completed in 1-day and the clean-up was exceptional. I selected L&S in April 2022 to complete our roof replacement for the house and garage. The sales rep Ryan came and made his presentation to use along with the products that would go on our home! He was patient and answered all of our questions. After speaking to other companies they were the best choice! We utilized our own financing with our credit union and they were patient because it didn’t exactly go quick! We put our down payment down and the work was done! The crew came and they were very professional and even put up with me coming out to look and ask more questions! They set up and cleaned up the job site.
