Edit: Steve the owner contacted me directly and we spoke about the concerns that I had. Glad we could work it out. I updated my review based on his integrity for reaching out and wanting to make things right. They came out last minute for a roof leak repair that another company messed up, bad.... Price was fair, but it still wasn't repaired properly. You could see daylight around where they were supposed to repair. I was told that there was no warranty, which I get, but the repair wasn't done properly to begin with; we shouldn't see daylight through the roof. After a couple of round and rounds with the tech on the phone, we just said forget it. We got a new roof from someone else a couple months later. Everything seemed fine up to that point, maybe it was an off day or something. I don't know if roofs are their forte.

Have had multiple experiences with this company (water proofing basement @ one home, roof and gutters @ another) they have never let me down. Fast, professional, never overpriced, they clean up after themselves and are super friendly. I'm happy to recommend them to friends & family. We’ve had SAS come out twice to fill in tie rod holes in the basement . Randy is who the technician was both times. He always provides great service all around.
