they don’t follow schedule, window was between 4-6 and they never showed up but tried to come the very next day unannounced, very unprofessional. also the problem was never fixed when they did come, had to call back immediately. the second time they came late, didn’t fix it again and left without saying anything. now i have another “scheduled” appointment with them today and their already late and part of me doesnt even want them in my home at this point, incredibly unsatisfied. WOW!!!!!! THE MAN IS AMAZING. I THOUGHT I KNEW SOME THINGS BUT THIS GUY. THE GURU OF PLUMBING, LIKE A MAD SCIENTIST. TOM OR FRANK ARE YOUR GUYS. I TRIED TO CATCH THEM SLIPPING. Vert is a hard worker with the best intentions and does good work.
