Great, reasonably priced service. I had to leave a message in the morning and wait for a call back, but the call came within a couple hours and they were able to come out the same day. Quickly and efficiently fixed a few random issues, and I don't think he even charged us for everything he did. Plus, before coming out, they gave us some suggestions of things to check over the phone to ensure we didn't get charged for anything we could fix ourselves.

We booked an appointment over two weeks out for an estimate on a list of electrical work we need for our home. The detailed list was provided at the time of making the appointment. They even called the business day before to confirm our time. Then they called two hours into our three hour service window the day of the appointment (after we made arrangements to be home from work specifically to receive the service provider) and said "they were not interested in the work at that time". No explanation as to why not or why that wasn't stated at the time of booking and no return call with that info as promised. This is very disappointing as they came highly recommended, but just beware regardless of how much detail or how far in advance you book, you may be simply dismissed. We waited two weeks for nothing and now have to get on the wait list for another company when if they had expressed a lack of interest up front, we would not have lost so much time. Needed an additional line run to my microwave as it was blowing a fuse. I also had them install a new bathroom fan with it's own switch. Prompt service, professional, quick, reasonable and overall a great experience. They also advised me that I needed insulation in my attic. This was very helpful to me as the home inspector I had hired when I bought the house said I had enough insulation. They informed all the insulation had been removed when the bathroom had been renovated. I felt they went above and beyond. I will hire them again in the summer to install some garage lights.
