I understand why employees are not allowed to move or take down the customers' personal items before installation projects In my case and as a favor to me, the installer took down my blinds before installing my kitchen windows. Well, he put them back up wrong and broke one of the blind hooks that turns the blinds. I would have probably been less angry if he had said so, but he put them up as though nothing were wrong and left. When I went to open the blinds, the stick fell down. Lesson learned. By the way.....the windows look great!

We used Hanson's to replace the trim (fascia), soffits and gutters on our home. The work itself was good. The part that was not good was the daily aftermath and mess the workers made in our yard. Every day after they left I had to go around our house multiple times to pick up dangerous rubbish. Things like razor blades, sharp shards of aluminum, cigarette butts, over 100+ nails/screws, etc. Every day I would fill a good size Tupperware full of this stuff. We have dogs that very well could've seriously injured themselves on any of this debris. They did not clean up at all as far as I could tell. They also spilled "something" on our grass that killed it in several spots. A lot of this could've been easily prevented if they set up in our driveway where we/they could easily shopvac up any debris. But instead they set up in multiple places in the yard so that I had to be on my hands and knees looking for sharp objects every day for a week. Not happy with that part of the service
