We needed preventative maintenance on our furnace so we contacted Climate-Tech whom we have used in the past. Jeff was able to get us in the next day. Phenomenal service and experience overall. Came over on extremely short notice, immediately diagnosed the problem on our furnace, and repaired it at an extremely fair price. I even inquired about purchasing a new unit instead of repairing it and he was honest enough to talk me out of a new unit because it was an easy fix and otherwise he thought it looked good. Jeff was fantastic. When all the big name places were booked a week out or not answering their phones, he picked up and came out later that morning. Given my description of the AC issue and what I had tried already, he knew exactly what the root cause was (bad capacitor on the fan unit) and had it fixed in 10 minutes.
