Phenomenal service and experience overall. Came over on extremely short notice, immediately diagnosed the problem on our furnace, and repaired it at an extremely fair price. I even inquired about purchasing a new unit instead of repairing it and he was honest enough to talk me out of a new unit because it was an easy fix and otherwise he thought it looked good. A couple years ago they replaced our whole HVAC system. We met with three companies to get quotes. Climate-Tech's was the most reasonable and we could tell they were treating us like real people, not just trying to upsell us. They even talked us out of some features because those features aren't necessary for our home. They are a family business so when the father and son came to talk with us the father (sorry, I don't remember names) paid just as much attention to our cat as he did to the sales pitch. That sealed the deal for us. Since then, we haven't had any problems with our system. We've recommended them to family and friends. Everyone we know who's worked with them have only nice things to say. It shouldn't be so surprising to find a business that knows what they're doing and isn't out there to ring every penny from their customers, but they stand out for just that reason.
