Haven’t had anything built yet, but my initial experience with Victor was good. I like that the company does the design and build, easier as a homeowner. He seems very professional and offered a reasonable timeline. Hope to bring my projects to fruition.

My wife and I met with Nadia and Carole and they were absolutely outstanding to work with. They provided thoughtful and meaningful advice and recommendations, helping us make the right decisions for our family without being remotely pushy or trying to get us to do something that may not be in our best interest. They clearly know what they are doing and would recommend others to connect with them.

Victor came out to give us an estimate on a kitchen renovation. (We decided to hold off on the renovation due to some plumbing issues we need to resolve, but Victor was wonderful.) He was patient and knowledgeable, very aware of our budget limits, listened to and answered all of our questions, and then sent us 2 estimates at 2 different price points so we could have options. The estimates were the most detailed and thorough I have ever seen. He checked back with us about a week later by phone after we looked them over. VL delivered at every point. When we do go ahead with our renovation, we will certainly use VL Builders. Excellent local business!
