Victor came out to give us an estimate on a kitchen renovation. (We decided to hold off on the renovation due to some plumbing issues we need to resolve, but Victor was wonderful.) He was patient and knowledgeable, very aware of our budget limits, listened to and answered all of our questions, and then sent us 2 estimates at 2 different price points so we could have options. The estimates were the most detailed and thorough I have ever seen. He checked back with us about a week later by phone after we looked them over. VL delivered at every point. When we do go ahead with our renovation, we will certainly use VL Builders. Excellent local business!
We contacted VL Builders to try and understand if remodeling or putting an addition on our home would be the right move for us at this time. Nadia from the office there was super helpful in giving us a picture of what we could do with our home, what things are worth doing and some thing’s maybe not worth doing.
