Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My project was completed by Mike. He did a fantastic job! We had a hose bib that needing replacing for the second time (ugh!). Mike discovered that past workmen had installed the unit improperly causing it to retain water, freeze and blow up. We decided to relocate the hose big to another nearby location. This cost a little more but now it's fixed RIGHT and should last for a decade! I appreciated Mike's workmanship standards and his ability to explain things in plain English. Great job, thank you! Within a couple hours of my initial call for a plumbing issue, Luke and Josh arrived and were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They helped me speak to my home warranty company and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue and gave me tips and tricks to help avoid any future issues.
