Mr. Rooter Plumbing of The Twin Cities

I actually called Mr. Rooter for a gas line hookup for my new dryer, after Home Depot delivered the dryer on Monday but their install crew was not available for a week. Instead, Mr. Rooter sent Derek over at 8 am the next morning, and within 20 minutes we had a bid to install our dryer and bring the gas line and vent up to code. He also inspected the rest of our plumbing and was surprised our water heater was >20 years old- gave us a very competitive bid for a larger, newer water heater. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional and even took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of a tank vs. tankless water heater. We agreed to the bid and they fit in all the work today! I could hardly tell Derek was here working, he was quiet and cleaned the whole area when complete. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for my next plumbing jobs- I have some small jobs I’ve been putting off but feel comfortable getting bids for these now! Service: Water heater installation

We were able to get someone out the day we requested service for a gas line above our hot water heater with duct tape on it that we’d never noticed before. Rob was very professional and upfront that there was only rust, no gas leak, so we didn’t need to have the gas pipe replaced right away. We opted to have him replace it since the price he quoted was reasonable. We thought he’d have to come back another day to have enough time to do the repair, but he was able to fit us in and rolled the price of the call into the price of the repair. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing or gas line issues!

Mr. Rooter was very professional and thorough in their work! Josiah and Max were here for a couple days installing all the things we needed for our new home, and now we have peace of mind knowing they did such a great job. Would recommend to anybody!
