I don’t write many reviews, but I felt I really needed to write this one. In Today’s world customer service and work ethic in my opinion have gone out the window just like my insurance adjuster who ghosted me. This contractor changed that for me. The customer service that my contractor gave me was unbelievable, he was there from start to finish explaining and answering all my questions. He was very personable and walked me through the whole process of my roof being replaced. He did this by personal visits and phone calls before, during and after the process. He sent out a crew that replaced my roof in a professional and down to business manner. They absolutely showed that they cared about what they were doing and my property. They cleaned up when they were done, and I mean cleaned up! then stood back to observe what they had just done. To me it looked like they took pride in what they had just completed. Last year we had roofing and siding damage from hail storms and we had First Impressions Exteriors out to replace the entire roof and all of our siding, covered by our insurance. Everything went really smoothly and out contractor was really great about answering all of my questions and giving us samples to look at. Due to a delay with the supplier, the new number plate for our house arrived a week or so after the project was completed, but they came back out to hang it for me anyway. This year we needed to replace our doors and basement windows so we contacted them again and it went so smoothly. Their prices were good and once we had the materials they were able to schedule us quickly. I loved working with them and they will definitely be my first call for any additional work we need done.
