Our siding was damaged and left an open hole in the exterior of our home. Other companies came out and gave quotes but said they wouldn't be able to get to this for 8-10 weeks. I spoke to Ted over the phone and sent him few photos and he was able to send a crew out to take care of our issue within a week! This greatly helped any further damage to our home and we are very happy with the work that was done.

This company is so easy to work with and the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. The owner, Ted, makes sure he is on-site when the insurance adjuster shows up and makes sure to point out things the adjuster may have overlooked. The roofer showed up when promised and did a fantastic job, making sure to pick up any nails or anything else that fell onto the ground. I would highly recommend this company!

Last year we had roofing and siding damage from hail storms and we had First Impressions Exteriors out to replace the entire roof and all of our siding, covered by our insurance. Everything went really smoothly and out contractor was really great about answering all of my questions and giving us samples to look at. Due to a delay with the supplier, the new number plate for our house arrived a week or so after the project was completed, but they came back out to hang it for me anyway. This year we needed to replace our doors and basement windows so we contacted them again and it went so smoothly. Their prices were good and once we had the materials they were able to schedule us quickly. I loved working with them and they will definitely be my first call for any additional work we need done.
