Bill Butler looked at our air conditioner to give us an estimate on what was needed to fix it. He also looked at our whole system so we could decide whether new ones were appropriate rather than to try to fix these old units. Bill was great! He gave us several options and discussed each in detail. He was by far the best Apollo representative we have had ever! We have now bought 3 furnaces and air conditioners from Apollo over the last 30 some years. Two in our former house and now in our current house. Bill Butler is a great asset for Apollo.

So very happy with Apollo. Way? Because of their people … beginning with Amanda, who took our distress call on one of the hottest days of the year. My experience with getting a new furnace with Apollo was liking watching a well-oiled surgical transplant team! From sales to service, everyone brought their own expertise, knowledge and experience to the table. They were on time (even early) and got the job done well within the window allotted and left the basement cleaner than when they started! Thank you Apollo!
