With one call we were able to figure out the issue and schedule an appointment two days later. Jake, the technician, was able to diagnose and fix the problem all within one visit. He showed up on time and was friendly, efficient, and patiently explained what was wrong and how it was fixed. An overnight storm ripped the electrical service mast and meter enclosure off our house. We called Advantage the next morning and they were onsite in less than an hour. Bill was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, presenting us with a few different options to consider. We talked through the pros and cons of each option, picked a repair path, and Bill started work immediately. After working at a very impressive pace for about four hours, everything was wrapped up and we were back in business.
